About the facilities:

Location: 405 W. 22nd Street

Austin Playhouse is conveniently located one block off Guadalupe in the heart of UT"s West Campus neighborhood. Street parking in the area is free after 6pm and all day Sunday. Two paid parking garages are located within one block of the building.

Main Stage

-A flexible performance space seating approximately 125 with five rows of risers.

-Convertible to an open event space with standing room for 200

Studio Space

-A 25' x 37'studio space appropriate for readings, workshops, rehearsals and small performances or receptions that require minimal tech support and have fewer than 50 people in attendance.

Auxiliary Lobby

-Adjacent to the main stage and available for small break-out sessions or events.
